Crystal Waterworld Aqua Collection Hotel - Belek

The cleaning was an absolute disaster. My first room had a dirty toilet, and the second one was not much better! The reception staff couldn't care less when i raised my concerns. I woudl ve been expecting at least a complimentary upgrade after all of this, but of course, that didn't happen. Why bother being special?

Prime and nice location in the main arena area, easy to get around. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Very good service overall and parking nearby.

Had a real good stay in turkey super holiday, everything was perfect. Got well-maintained standard room with 1 double bed and 2 singles when arrived, liked that. A private safe, air conditioner, and a minibar were appreciated. The setting was perfect, really close to the children's water park, almost seven bars spread through out the property- u wont go thirsty for sure and areas that are starting to show age and are in need of repair or refurbishment.

An lovely stay! With a fine aqua park and clean pools, my family had endless fun. The excellent food choices were almost available around the clock. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, the beachfront access made mornings good. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

Marvellous location with free parking right by the patisserie, areas that are starting to show age and are in need of repair or refurbishment and Crystal Waterworld between 21-28 aug 2019. Reasonably spacious and bright hotel room with a large bed and shared bathroom. The pool area is amazing too.

Impressive hotel with POLITE staff and an ideal location. Location near to land of legends and almost seven bars spread through out the property-. Great choice for vacation.

great water park experience but room for improvement

The water park was a standout feature, offering endless fun for the kids. I appreciated the hardworking staff, especially during peak dining hours. The drop-off service at the mini club was a great help for parents. The sea view from our room added a lovely touch to our stay.

Great for family time!

We had a blast chilling by the pool, and the kids loved the water slides! The bar by the pool had a pretty good vibe, but it got crowded in the evenings. The room was decently clean but could use a bit more attention. All in all, perfect family getaway with fun activities!

Strongly recommend for a quick layover

Good amenities, convenient location. The beautiful beachfront made our mornings wonderful, and the large swimming pool offered a perfect place for family fun.

Room cleanliness raised concerns. The main buffet restaurant can feel overcrowded and chaotic during peak times, leading to difficulty finding tables and navigating food stations.

we got a standard room but got missed on a sea view. the pool was huge and we loved the water slides. staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. food was available almost all day long.

The food options were extensive! There was always something for everyone. The cocktails were great too-perfect for unwinding by the pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Everything from check-in to requests was handled efficiently. The water slides were a hit with the kids, and the variety of pool areas kept them entertained all day. Our family room wasnice and neat. We enjoyed the beautiful sea view.

We had a small issue with the size of our family room, as it felt a bit cramped for four people.

the resort has excellent pools and an amazing aqua park for the kids. beach entrance is rocky and uncomfortable for kids.

The hotel's well-maintained gardens and spacious, clean common areas were good. I appreciated the accessibility.

Rooms could use better cleaning standards.
